Doing Life and Transformation Together!

Last January Chris and Samantha Grimm achieved amazing results in the Transformation for Life, without sacrificing the lifestyle they love. One year later, they are still committed to their health and wellness, and still holding each other accountable.

We joined the Transformation for Life so we could work together to lose weight and achieve our goals. Shelly combines education with action in a way that makes it easy to build healthy routines into your life. 

With Shelly’s program, we were able to take three trips during the 12-week class and still stay accountable to ourselves, each other, and Shelly. 

She teaches you how to eat for best results, and how to plan ahead so you aren’t tempted by fast food and snacks. We meal prep every Sunday and pack food to take with us when we travel. We have not had fast food since we joined this program last year. 

We also used the videos Shelly provides with the class to keep up when we were out of town. We could watch the recording of the weekly class, follow along with the workout videos, and even see how to make the recipes she highlighted for that week. 

Shelly’s energy is contagious and really helps motivate you. She holds you accountable. 

We have lost almost 100 combined pounds this year. This program is designed to make it easy to continue after your 12-week class is over. You just keep repeating the same small, healthy habits, and keep coming to workouts. Being part of a community of wellness-minded people will help you stay on track.
