The 7th pose is Balancing Stick Pose (Tuladandasana). This pose increases blood flow all over the body and arteries of the heart. It stretches the entire length of the spine exercises pancreas, liver, spleen and nervous system.
Improves physical, psychological and mental powers. Strengthens and firms arms, hips, buttocks and upper thighs Great for emotional problems & Great for varicose veins.
