Eagle Pose

The 4th pose is Eagle Pose (Garurasana).  This pose firms legs, arms and abdomen. It is good for varicose veins, and relieves tension in neck and shoulders.  It increases joint mobility in the hip girdle, ankles, knees, hips, shoulder, elbow, wrist and mobility of scapula. It also helps to improve balance and grace of the body.
