All yoga starts and ends with silence, soft lights and breathing to set your intention for class and the rest of the day (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-control).
Halo Hot Yoga – Hot 26: 105 degrees
You will hold 26 poses two times each, 1 minute and then 30 seconds. This class strengthens every muscle group and organ from the inside and out! Practicing Hot 26 poses is a form of mindful mediation because it is the same format every class. Focusing on breathing and form to hold you in the pose and present tense.
The one-hour class flows a few poses together and the hour fifteen-minute class incorporates a savasana and sit up between each floor pose.
Halo Hot Yoga – Yoga Flow: 95 degrees
Interconnection between breathing and movement. If you have breath in your lungs you can do yoga!
Instructors creatively incorporate flow poses, core, strength, streching, balance, Pilates, core and more to a background of Christian music. You will get a wonderful full body workout and end with mindful breathing and meditation. Besides the countless physical benefits of yoga gained from regularly practicing yoga, you will increase joy, living in the present tense, gratefulness and stress reduction

Shelly has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in health promotions. She has been a certified strength and conditioning specialist for 17 years. Shelly has trained over 5,000 clients and athletes, ranging from people with special limitations to professional players. She believes true wellness is the inter connectedness of daily exercise for the mind, body, and spirit. Shelly is passionate about transforming lives inside and out!
