Sport Specific Training

Workouts for athletes wanting to take their performance to its highest and best. Workouts include agility, speed, endurance, strength, power, core and flexibility. Athletes will be educated on nutrition before, during and after workouts and competition.

4-Month Minimum Commitment and No Commitment Options:

Shelly has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in health promotions. She has been a certified strength and conditioning specialist for 17 years. Shelly has trained over 5,000 clients and athletes, ranging from people with special limitations to professional players. She believes true wellness is the inter connectedness of daily exercise for the mind, body, and spirit. Shelly is passionate about transforming lives inside and out!

 

Subscription Payment Processing  and Cancellation Details:
  • Payment is billed automatically monthly from day of sign up until cancelled.
  • Monthly Commitment Plans:  Payment is billed automatically monthly for subscription.  Subscription can be cancelled after minimum period requirement met based on the plan you selected.
  • No-Commitment:  Payment is billed automatically monthly for subscription.  Can be cancelled by contacting Sorg Sport and Wellness.
  • Cancellation:  Subscriber needs to notify Sport Sport and Wellness 7-Days before next billing period to prevent next month charge.  Minimum commitment plans require minimum time period to be met before cancellation.
  • Monthly subscription is not prorated when cancelled and you will be able to complete the paid subscription month.
